MOVIN' On UP!!!

It's official we are selling our Herriman townhouse. Ster and I have been thinking about it for a while and have finally decided that it's time to move. We love our townhouse and it's location but with the prices of homes these days it makes more sense to get into a house with a yard. We are also selling it ourselves. We have had a couple calls and even have someone come and look at it. If you know any interest in a townhouse in Herriman let me know. A little information about it; it was built in 2006, it's 1134 square feet. It's has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, and a walkout basement.It's located right off the main road in Herriman (Rosecrest) and we have no units behind us. It has a beautiful view of the valley.
